There’s an error in my order?

If by mistake you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at info@TNHardcoreToque.com be sure to indicate your Order number.

What is your return policy?

 We want you to feel completely satisfied with your new Toque. If you are not, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please note we can only accept items that still have the tags on, have not been worn and have not been washed.  

All “on sale” items are final sale. 

I think my product is defective, what do I do?

If an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email within 15 days of receiving your order. In the email, please indicate your order number, the defect and a few pictures, so we can issue a return authorization number.

Can I return my purchase that I didn’t buy online?

If the item was purchased at a brick and mortar store, it has to be returned to the store where you made the purchase. All Stores return policies will vary.
